1.1. Users of FTC Publications, Inc. mobile apps have the right to delete their account and all associated personal data at any time.
1.2. To delete an account, users can navigate to the account settings within the mobile app and select the "Delete Account" option.
1.3. Upon initiating the account deletion process, users will be prompted to confirm their decision to delete their account and all associated data.

Data Removal
2.1. When a user confirms the deletion of their account, FTC Publications, Inc. will remove all personal data associated with the account from our servers.
2.2. The data removal process will be initiated immediately upon confirmation of account deletion and will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 30 days.
2.3. Once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and the user will no longer have access to their account or any associated data.

3.1. FTC Publications, Inc. does not share mobile app user data with any third parties.
3.2. All personal data collected through our mobile apps is solely used by FTC Publications, Inc. for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

4.2. Users will be notified of any changes to the policy through the mobile app or via email.
